Our relationship with our customers only begins the day we deliver to your laboratory. We invest a great deal of time and money in training and spare parts stock to ensure we can provide the level of service you will expect when you purchase your Varian, CEM or Bomem instrument. We believe we have the best service and support available in Ireland. More than half the people in JVA Analytical Ltd are involved in service and support. Our team of 9 Service Engineers are based either in our office in Dublin or in Cork, and between them have more than 40 man years of experience in supporting our Varian and CEM customers. Service Support Agreements
There are three levels of standard contract available:

INAB Accreditation:
The Irish National Accreditation Board(INAB) is the National Body with responsibility for Accreditation in accordance with ISO 17025.
JVA Analytical is INAB Accredited since 1995, Registration No. 066C.
With our Quality Management System in place we work to set policies and procedures to ensure customer confidence in our Calibration and certification processes.
